How do i use it?

To enjoy a bowl of cold oats:

  • Take 4 tablespoons of oats in a bowl
  • Add 1 cup of milk
  • Place it in the refrigerator overnight

  • Take 4 tablespoons of oats in a bowl
  • Add 1 cup of milk
  • Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes
  • Check on whether the oats are cooked (As rolled oats take longer to cook, you may need to microwave a little longer)
