How do I use it?
- In a bowl add 1 cup flour, salt, oil and add 3/4 cup of warm water. Stir gently with fingers in a circular motion until the flour starts to gather
- Knead the flour until it becomes soft and pliable
- Cover the dough and let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes, at room temperature
- Divide the dough into small dough balls & roll them out to flatten the roti
- Cook the roti in hot tawa for 1 min until tiny golden dots appear on the surface
