    Grow Fit is a platform which encourages and allows people to change their lifestyle using diet. It is a combination of healthy eating, nutritional consultations and doorstep delivery of fresh and packaged food which is made in the Grow Fit in-house kitchen – all for your well being!     As soon as you open the Grow Fit page, you will see an orange pop up box on the right hand corner of your screen “Chat with us” which you can use to chat with a member of the Grow Fit team.   • How do I sign up?

    Getting started on your healthy journey with Grow Fit is really easy. To get connected with an expert, all you have to do is download the Grow Fit app by clicking here: https://getgrowfit.com/pages/apps and our expert is now in you pocket! To create an accout on the homepage, just click on the ‘my account’ icon and start creating your account. All you need to do is fill up the required fields, and your account will be created. Or you can simply click on this link https://getGrow Fit.com/account/register. Its that easy! After this, healthy living is just a click away.

  • How do I order food?

    For packaged food, you need to go through our catalogue and pick whatever you like. Just keep adding to cart, and press the card option to checkout once you are done! With every packaged item that you order, you will be entitled to a free consultation with a nutritional expert. For fresh food, you need to subscribe to one of our plans.

  • How do I speak to an expert?

    In order to do this, you will have to download the Grow Fit app. You can download this on android and iPhone. Just click on this link to get redirected https://getgrowfit.com/pages/apps.

    Reviews are given by our loyal customers as well as first time users.   • How do I change my password?

    If you need to change your password, don’t stress! All you need to do is click on the login link, and then click on ‘Forgot your password?’.Once you do this, you will be asked to enter your login email address, and a password reset link will be sent to that email account.

    If you’re forgotten your password, don’t stress! All you need to do is click on the login link, and then click on ‘Forgot your password?’.Once you do this, you will be asked to enter your login email address, and a password reset link will be sent to that email account.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Once you’ve logged into your account, on the right hand side you will see a panel which allows you to add your address/change your address and even add a new address. You can even review order history and check pending orders.

  • Can I have an invoice for my subscription?

    Yes! With every delivery you will find an invoice enclosed for the same.

  • Why did my credit card payment fail?

    Usually this failure is because of a weak internet connection. If the payment has not been charged to your card, try again. If you still cannot place your order, call us or email us. If you cannot get through to our Grow Fit team, someone from the team will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

    Tracking your order is extremely simple! There is a tracking option available on the top right corner of our website. Just enter your order details and know the status of your order. If you are unable to do so, email us at hello@getgrowapp.com or call us on 08039658868. If you cannot get through to our Grow Fit team, someone from the team will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • How do I track my order?

    For packaged foods, we start processing the food in our in-house kitchen once the order is placed and ship within 2-4 working days of the order placement. You can track this order using our tracking option. For fresh food, which is part of the subscription scheme, your orders will be delivered as per the sloots chosen by you.

  • Who takes care of shipping?

    All you need to do is place order, leave the rest to us!

  • How do returns or refunds work?

    If you are unhappy with a product, you can simply email us at hello@getgrowapp.com. Be sure to add the product name and invoice number! Someone from the Grow Fit team will get back to you and guide you on how to make the return or get a refund.   • How does your fresh food service work?

    If you have subscribed for the service, you will receive your lunch and/or dinner daily. For the breakfast smoothie subscription, you will receive the smoothie one day prior. If you are ordering for just one meal, it is recommended to place the order well in advance. Orders placed after 9 am for lunch or after 2pm for dinner will be delivered the next day.

  • When will my order arrive?

    This depends solely on what you have ordered and where the shipping location is. Below every product we have mentioned approximate time for shipping and arrival.

  • When will my order ship?

    For packaged foods, the order will be shipped within 2-4 working days from when the order is placed.
